Shipping:
Orders placed before 5:30PM EST go to the warehouse the next business day.
If any items are out of stock you will be notified and a replacement
(similar substitute will be offered). Express orders are prioritized so UPS
Ground and US Priority Mail often take 2-3 business days to ship and then
will be delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the distance the
order has to travel. If an order is submitted after Thursday at 8:30pm EST,
it will be received at the warehouse to begin processing on Monday morning
as the warehouse is closed weekends. That will add days to the potential
delivery.
Please do NOT wait until the last minute to place a large order.
After you place an order, you will get an invoice number. Use that number to
track your order and to use customer service.
Shipping to a military address works very differently than regular shipping.
The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military and then the
military takes over and delivers to the various bases. Once the shipment
leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it. Please be aware that the
military will also confiscate some items they think are inappropriate. You
can find further information on shipping to military addresses at USPS.com.
There are many caveats listed there.
Returns:
You must contact us when you have received a defective or incorrect item and
are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information
into your order so that the Returns Department will handle your return
smoothly.
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package,
promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit
or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by
us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to
the address you receive from. Items returned without original packaging
will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return

If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may incur a
25% restocking fee or not receive any refund at all.
Without prior approval we will not reimburse for return shipping costs.
If you feel the item was not as advertised, please go back to the page where
the item is listed and make sure that you are correct. Then please email us
with the webpage address and let us know what the page said and what you
found to be different. We will refund you if the necessary information is
missing, and we appreciate help to improve our site.
If a product has clear and correct size measurements, then we will NOT allow
a return because of size. If the size is not listed on the page, we will
accept a return if you provide us with detailed accurate measurements that
we can add to the site.
In your return package please include:
The packing slip
A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another
item.
If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
